Return Policy

BlendJet.au's return policy is 15-days from the time of delivery. This means that a customer can return their BlendJet purchase from blendjet.au for any reason within 15-days of receiving their order and receive a full refund. The refund policy may differ based on your location's return policy. Note: BlendJet does not cover the cost of shipping for the return. This is covered by the customer or deducted from the refund. To initiate a return, simply send us a support request with your full name and order number and we’ll be happy to help.
